Donna D-H. Kuehn, formerly known as Donna Desmond-Hebl, is the owner of Kuehn Law Offices, LLC in Waunakee, Wisconsin. Attorney Kuehn opened her own law firm in January 2002. Prior to that time, she was a partner in another local firm.

Attorney Kuehn practices in the areas of estate planning, powers of attorney, family law, divorce, prenuptials and post-marital property agreements, mediation, probate, guardianships and residential real estate. She will also refer you to other competent counsel if you contact her for an area where their experience is needed.

Attorney Kuehn received her Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from George Washington University in Washington, D.C. and her Juris Doctorate degree from Northern Illinois University College of Law.

Attorney Kuehn has been admitted to the Supreme Court of the State of Illinois, the United States District Court for the State of Illinois, the Supreme Court of the State of Wisconsin and the United States District Court for the Western District of Wisconsin.

Attorney Kuehn has served as Municipal Judge for the Village of Waunakee and is a Supplemental Court Commissioner for Dane County, Wisconsin. In that capacity, Attorney Kuehn has officiated at marriages throughout the state and conducted supplemental hearings. She has served on the TDS Board of Directors, and its successor, the TDS Advisory Board, the Waunakee/Westport Chamber of Commerce first on the Board of Directors, as well as President. She has also served on the Board of Directors for Waunakee Rotary. Attorney Kuehn has been a volunteer attorney for the Case Mediation Program for Dane County, Wisconsin since its inception. She has lectured for civic groups, local schools, at State of Wisconsin Municipal Judges seminars, and Wisconsin Continuing Legal Education seminars during the course of her career. She has also been voted by her peers to Madison Magazine's Best Attorneys in Family Law.

She is a member of the Dane County Bar Association, the State Bar of Wisconsin, and the State Bar of Illinois.

Gayle L. Straw, Office Manager

Gayle Straw has been employed by Attorney Kuehn since 2000, first as an office coordinator/legal assistant, and now as office manager/legal assistant.

Gayle is experienced working for attorneys in the areas of family, criminal, personal injury, estate planning and real estate law. She supervises the work of the staff, maintains the functions of the office, and assists Attorney Kuehn with her clients.
