Attorney Donna D-H. Kuehn has been trained in divorce mediation.  Attorney Kuehn is a panel member with the Dane County Case Mediation Program and has been chosen by fellow attorneys to assist with their client's mediations on many occasions during the course of a year.  Attorney Kuehn can also assist in divorce mediation on a private, case-by-case basis.  If you feel your family law matter may be settled with the negotiations conducted by a neutral third-party rather than incurring the expense of a court hearing or trial, contact our office to discuss whether mediation may be appropriate for your circumstances.
