Weddings

As a Supplemental Court Commissioner, per Wisconsin Statute Section 757.675(2)(a), Attorney Kuehn may officiate at weddings. In the May 2006 edition of ANEW magazine (n/k/a Brava), Attorney Kuehn is quoted as saying: “… I perform weddings, which I really enjoy. It is fun to be involved in these major days in people’s lives. Everyone is so happy! Also, it is fun to be officiating where there are unusual themes. I once officiated for one of my former client’s weddings. It was at a park, and they wanted a relaxed setting, so they all wore overalls. Another time, the bride and groom were bikers, so all of their attendants, along with the bride and groom, wore biker attire. The worst was a park shelter, on a stormy day where the wind and rain blew through the shelter. Everyone was all formally dressed but ended up wet and cold. You never know what to expect!”

In Madison and the surrounding Dane County area there are many locations available to accommodate the wishes of the bride and groom. Attorney Kuehn has officiated at weddings in a variety of locations, including the State Capitol, UW Campus, Olbrich Botanical Gardens, Devil’s Lake, Mirror Lake, private establishments, and at our own office.

If you would be interested in having Attorney Kuehn officiate at your wedding, please contact her either by telephone at our office at (608)849-4325, or at our email address .
